NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY, AUGUST 6, 2018 -6:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Council will hold a Special City Council Meeting, Monday, August 6, 2018, beginning at 6:00 pm in the EOC located at 3950 So. Adams Avenue, South Ogden, Utah, 84403. Any member of the council may be joining the meeting electronically. I. OPENING CEREMONY A. Call to Order - Mayor Russell Porter B. Prayer/Moment of Silence - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Council Member Adam Hensley II. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS A. Discussion/Presentation on Sustainability with Fred Philpot from Lewis, Young, Robertson, and Burningham B. Discussion on FY2019 Budget Including Utility Rates and Allocation of Utility Franchise Fees III. ADJOURN Posted to the Utah Public Notice Website August 3, 2018. The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that a copy of the above notice and agenda was posted at the Municipal Center (1st and 2nd floors), on the City's website (southogdencity.com) and emailed to the Standard Examiner on August 3, 2018.
