HOLLADAY HISTORICAL COMMISSION MEETING Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 4:00pm Holladay City Hall 4580 S 2300 E - Holladay, Utah 1. Welcome and Introduction of Members -- Sandy Meadows (Chair) Sandy Meadows (Chair) Berry Topham (Vice Chair) Shari Sohm (Secretary) Ann Engar Linda Brubidge Lyle Mumfore Kathy Murray Tom Nelson (Sub committee--DVD consultant) (Will invite other sub committee members as needed) 2. Report on meeting with Gina Chamness (City Manager) 3. Holladay History Night - Thursday, September 27, 2018 -- 7:00pm to 9:00pm-- - Reserved Big and Little Cottonwood Rooms for event - Set up night before (Wednesday, September 26 - Mayor Rob Dahle to welcome group and conduct event - Entertainment - DVD -- Tom Nelson & Lyle Mumford - Advertisement - Food and other assignments 4. LONG RANGE PLAN - Meadows Cabin Restoration - Museum with artifacts (need location) - Collect artifacts (need storage) - Tom Nelson has Cottonwood RS Presidency Painting to be put on display - Use some historic pictures on display at Holladay City Hall for event 5. Other matters from members of commission 6.
