The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the following public hearings: a. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Travis McBride for a conditional use to operate a Automotive Repair Shop business in the CH Commercial Highway zone at property located at 390 East Main Street. Tax Id #10-014-0080. b. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Three Pine Subdivision consisting of 3 lots (2 additional building lots) located at 40 East 200 South. Tax Id# 10-028-0007 7. Discuss for possible approval the request form Jeff & Tyler Pierce for a conditional use permit for a Level 1 'Home Occupation' to operate a JT Machining based business out of their home at 598 South 300 East. 8. Bill Hawkes-review site plan for possible approval from Planning Commission for addition on this legally existing non-conforming structure. 9. Darin Draper-review site plan for possible approval from Planning Commission for addition on this legally existing non-conforming structure. 10. Other zoning matters.
