PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele City Planning Commission will meet in a public hearing and Business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2008 in the hour of 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Tooele City Hall in the City Council Chambers, located at 90 N Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Agenda Items 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Public Hearing and Recommendation on final plat approval Hawthorne House subdivision at two lot subdivision located at SR 36 and Three O’Clock Dr. 3. Public Hearing and Motion on conditional use permit for outdoor display and sales to be located at 162 N Main St by Sears. 4. Public Hearing and Motion on conditional use permit to construct at 20 ft tall detached garage to be located at 523 Nottingham Dr by Robert Keysaw. 5. Public Hearing and Motion on conditional use permit for an automotive repair shop to be located at 41 E 600 N by Joe Miller. 6. Public Hearing and Motion on conditional use permit to construct a 25 ft tall barn to be located at 785 W McKellar by Michael Leonelli. 7. Public Hearing and Motion on conditional use permit to allow for an administrative office and training facility to be located at 761 Upland Dr by Northwest Baptist Mission. 8. Public Hearing and Motion on conditional use permit to construct a 720 sq ft garage to be located at 156 W 100 S by Brad Barraclough and Rhonda Bracken. 9. Review and Approval of Planning Commission minutes for meeting held October 22, 2008. 10.
