Description/Agenda: Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 52-4-6 of the Open and Public Meetings Law of the State of Utah, contained in Title 52, Chapter 4, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Shade Tree & Beautification Commission, a citizen advisory board appointed by Murray City, hereby gives notice that the meeting scheduled for Tuesday August 7, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. has been cancelled and rescheduled for Tuesday August 7, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. The agenda to be considered by the Commission at such meeting is as follows: Item #1 - Jim and Jean Hendrickson Beautification Awards Item #2 - Grant Application
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Power Department Adminstrative office, 801-264-2728. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2506.
