- AMERICAN FORK CITY AMERICAN FORK CEMETERY COMMITTEE MEETING August 6, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Cemetery Committee will meet on August 6, 2018, 2018 at the American Fork Administration Building, located at 51 East Main, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Prayer: Attendance: Approval of previous meeting minutes: 1. Review Memorial Day Program which was held Monday, May 28, 2018. 2. Review assignments for the Cemetery Committee members. 3. Report on By-Laws information that was sent to the American Fork City Council. 4. Discuss the Veterans Day Program which will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. 5.
