- Millcreek City Council Meetings Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of MILLCREEK will assemble in two SPECIAL District meetings on Monday, 6 August 2018 at City Hall Annex, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 6:00 p.m. for Council District 1 and at 7:30 p.m. for Council District 2. 6:00 p.m. - DISTRICT 1: 1. Introduction by Council Member Silvia Catten and Millcreek Department Heads 2. Open Question and Answer Period 3. Adjournment 7:30 p.m. - DISTRICT 2: 1. Introduction by Council Member Dwight Marchant and Millcreek Department Heads 2. Open Question and Answer Period 3. Adjournment In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Millcreek will make reasonable accommodation for participation in the meeting.
