- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Brigham City will hold a public hearing to consider an impact fee enactment which amends previously adopted impact fees for electrical power. The hearing will be held Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers. The draft amendment to the Impact Fee Ordinance will be available for review at the Brigham City offices from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays, and also at the Brigham City Public Library from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday excluding legal holidays and other closure dates. The draft amendment to the Impact Fee Ordinance will also be available for review on the Brigham City website at www.brighamcity.utah.gov and the Utah Public Notice Website at www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html. See attached for proposed ordinance.
