- PUBLIC HEARING Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 13, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding land use issues. 1. Conditional Use Permit - Annie Appel, Application Request to convert top floor of the White Owl Building, 317 West Main Street, Eureka, Utah, which is currently in the Business Commercial Zone into Residential and Business Use.
