- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE ENOCH CITY The ENOCH CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The ENOCH CITY tax on a $201,038 residence would increase from $146.51 to $219.11, which is $72.60 per year. - The ENOCH CITY tax on a $201,038 business would increase from $266.38 to $398.39, which is $132.01 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, ENOCH CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 49.52% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
