Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove Library Board will hold a regular public meeting at 7pm on Thursday, August 2, 2018 the Pleasant Grove Library (basement) located at 30 East Center Street, Pleasant Grove, Utah. Conducting: Koni Smith Secretary: Roslyn Wilson Starting Time: 7:00pm Welcome Public In Attendance: Ben Tullis, Koni Smith, Kati Atwood, Roselyn Wilson, Corinne Boren, Emily Hammerstad, Sheri Britsch Excused: Taylor Anderson Review and Approve Minutes for July Open Session - Public City Business - Cyd LeMone Chairperson's Business - Approve/revise/create yearly calendar for board responsibilities by month - What is role of board? Discuss responses to email - Discuss interviews done just prior to meeting. New board member applications/Committee assignments - Bylaws review (Cyd's request) Director's Business - Sheri Britsch - Annual budget - Bylaws Discussion - Tawyna Krull, New Foundation Member Committee Reports - Policy and Governance - 5-9 members, 1 non-voting city council member - Education - - Public Relations - - Fundraising - sounds like we'd like to pass this off to the Foundation.
