NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Wednesday August 1, 2018 7:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes July 9, 2018 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes Candidate interviews for open seat on Council: 7:35- Joan Hansen 7:40- Craig Merrill 7:45- Darrell Merrill 7:50- Marla Trowbridge 7:55- Melissa Merill 8:00- Rachelle Ludwinski 1. Oath of office for New Councilmember 2. Review of the 24th of July Celebration 3. Parks update 4. Water update 5. Discussion regarding 50 West- Cody Craw 6. Planning & Zoning update 7. Roads update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
