- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE KAYSVILLE CITY Kaysville City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. Kaysville City tax on a $364,000 residence would increase from $297.30 to $318.12, which in $20.82 per year. Kaysville City tax on a $364,000 business would increase from $540.54 to $578.40, which is $37.86 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, Kaysville City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 6.97% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
