Description/Agenda: TOWN of PORTAGE Planning and Zoning August 1, 2018 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday August 1, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. The Portage Town Council will be in attendance during this meeting. This meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Review and approve minutes from July 10, 2018 Planning and Zoning meeting. 2.Discussion and decisions regarding work on survey, descriptions and quiet title deed regarding strip of land through Beus and Jensen properties. 3.Discussion and decisions regarding mapping, graphing and text of Master plan update. 4.Discussion and decision on Zoning map to present to Town Council. 5.Fill Planning and Zoning vacancies.
