HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., AUGUST 2, 2018. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Brian & lori Nanyn - To request a Home Occupation Business License at 1795 East Highway 101 to rent or sale outdoor supplies (fishing, hiking, & bicycles). B. Lori Nanyn - To request a Home Occupation Business License at 1795 East Highway 101 for a gift shop. C. Bradley Homes, Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living Center - To report and update the City Council on the activities, capacity, etc. of the Blacksmith Fork Living Center. 10. INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION: A. Resolution 18-17 - A resolution accepting a petition for annexation of certain real property under the provisions of Section 10-2-405, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended (Roger Clawson Annexation - Clawson, Petersen, Dunn, and U.S.A. - 30.19 acres). 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Stormwater fees. B. Consideration and award of bid to replace culinary water lines and road rebuilds on Anderson Avenue and Hammer Road. C. Mayor and City Council reports. 12.
