- 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Pledge of allegiance. 4- Approval of the minutes July 5, 11 and 26, 2018. 5- Kate Kilpatrick-Miller update on Helper Arts Festival. 6- Appointment of Lenora Callor to Library Board. 7- Discussion and possible approval on concession discounts for employees at the Helper Pool. 8- Discussion and possible approval on purchasing impact material for park playground in the amount of $7,000. 9- Discussion and possible approval on purchasing a lawn mower in the amount of $3,000. 10- Discussion and possible approval on purchasing a snow plow blade in the amount of $5,000. 11- Motion for closed session discussion on property acquisition. The council may convene in a closed session to discuss items as provided by Utah Code 52-4-205. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Adjournment:
