Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE SPANISH FORK CITY The SPANISH FORK CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. -The SPANISH FORK CITY tax on a $265,800 residence would increase from $129.52 to $139.61, which is $10.09 per year. -The SPANISH FORK CITY tax on a $265,800 business would increase from $235.50 to $253.84, which is $18.34 per year. -If the proposed budget is approved, SPANISH FORK CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 7.75% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
