NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 01 August 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Horse & Buggy 4. Mad Dawg Landscaping - Bid on Cemetery Sprinkler System 5. Town Employee Report 6. Animal Control Officer Report 7. Legal opinion on Dog Licensing fee $15 w/o rabies 8. Secondary - Mike Olsen 9. Problems at the Cemetery -followup on loose headstones 10. Removal of fence around ball park 11. Followup on Approved projects - Sprinkler system and Grass at Park - Kitchen at Town Hall, Etc. 12. Town Truck - Registration - followup 13. Board Member Reports/Concerns 14. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 15. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 16. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
