NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., at the Community Recreation Center, 10640 N Clubhouse Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following: - Amendments to the City Code Title 3, Chapter 3 regarding re-zoning a portion of Lot 26 Cedar Hills Subdivision Plat I from the PF Public Facility Zone to the R-1 11,000 Residential Zone, and vacating the open space provision of a portion of Lot 26 Cedar Hills Subdivision Plat I, and to amend the Official Zone Map to reflect these zone changes - Final Plan Approval for the Cedar Hills Gateway Commercial Subdivision located at approximately 9826 North 4800 West Interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Before the public hearing, supporting documentation is posted on the city's website at www.cedarhills.org or available by contacting the City Recorder at 801-785-9668.
