Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing- Conditional Use Permit - Manufactured Home- Moore acres #3., 7224 W. 5100 S., 1 lot, 5.25 acres 2. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - Phillip T. Maw- Oversized Structure at 5017 S . 6300 W. (6,000 sq.ft.) 3. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - Tymm & JoAnn Fowers - Oversized Structure at 4666 S. 6700 W. (2,320 sq.ft.) 4. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - Ryan & Kourtney Becraft - Oversized Structure at 6006 S. 7100 W. (3,000 sq.ft.) 5. Public Hearing - Rezone - R1 to R2 - 5666 W. 4000 S., approx. 18.5 acres 6. Public Hearing - Rezone - Allan Karras - R1 to R2 - 4482 S. 5500 W., approx 4.35 acres 7. Public Hearing - Rezone - R1 to R2 - Nilson Homes - 5250 W. 3575 S., 9.31 acres 8. Public Hearing - Final Approval- Thistle Farms Subdivision for three (3) lot approx., 4414 S. 5225 W., 5.97 acres
