Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE GENOLA TOWN The GENOLA TOWN is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The GENOLA TOWN tax on a $195,300 residence would increase from $103.55 to $112.25, which is $8.70 per year. - The GENOLA TOWN tax on a $195,300 business would increase from $188.27 to $204.09, which is $15.82 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, GENOLA TOWN would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 8.40% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
