- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, during their regularly scheduled meeting, beginning at 6 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 W 1900 S, regarding the following matters: Site Plan for Davis County Library Expansion located 1875 South 2000 West All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
