PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: General Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 0.81 acres. The property is generally located along Canyon View Drive. General Plan Amendment from FP (Floodplain), VLDR (Very Low Density Residential), and PF (Public Facility) to LDR (Low Density Residential) on approximately 20.2 acres located east of the Ft. Pierce wash and west of the existing Meadow Valley Farms subdivision. General Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to COM (Commercial) on approximately 36.90 acres and MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 30 acres located south of Canyon View Drive and west of Cottonwood Cove Park along Dixie Drive. Zone Change from M-1 (Industrial) to C-3 (General Commercial) on approximately 3.15 acres located at the southeast corner of 3050 East and 750 North. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
