Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - QQUV Investments 3, LLC is requesting that property located at 4585 West 13400 South be rezoned from C-PO (Commercial Professional Office) to C-R (Commercial Regional). - Melissa Bigler is requesting commercial site plan approval for a dental office building to be constructed at 4121 West 13400 South. - Connie Strang is requesting approval of a four lot subdivision located at 11794 South 1300 West. Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
