Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Emery County Housing Authority will meet in their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday July 25, 2018 at 8:00 am in the commission conference room, Room 221, 75 East Main Street (2nd Floor) Castle Dale, UT 84513. 1. Approval of June 2018 minutes. 2. Approval of monthly expenses. 3. Report and discussion of tenant account receivable balances/rent register. Consideration and approval of any repayment contracts and evictions. 4. Report from Cindy Draper on waiting lists, occupancy and other administrative issues regarding public Housing and Section 8 Housing Vouchers. Approval of any action taken. 5. Update on sale of apartments 6. Apartment needs 7. SEMAP and PHARS reports 8. Other business
