Public Notice is hereby given that the Milford Public Library Board will hold a Regular Meeting, reserving the right to go into Executive Session, on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at the Library Building located at 400 South 100 west, which shall begin at 5:00 P.M. NOTICE AND AGENDA 5:00 PM - Call to Order and Roll Call 1. Welcome Recognition and Response to Visitors relating to Library Business 1. Member(s) of Friends of the Library Organization 2. Welcome new Board Member Colton Paice Library Trustee Training 1. Open and Public Meeting Act Training Consent Issues 1. Minutes of April 26, 2018 Regular Meeting 2. Financial Report Old Business 1. Read Minutes from last meeting 2. Received laminator, new printer, and have ordered bookshelves from Nick Carter 3. Special thanks to Friends of Library for decorating the libary 4. Special thanks to Sherri Yardley for her assistance with the Summer Reading program New Business 1. Need input and approval of the Milford Public Library Collection Development Policy 2. Need input and approval of the Milford Public Library Public Access Computer Acceptable Use Policy 3.
