Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE SOUTH OGDEN CITY SOUTH OGDEN CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The SOUTH OGDEN CITY tax on a $239,000 residence would increase from $346.37 to $381.21, which is $34.84 per year. - The SOUTH OGDEN CITY tax on a $239,000 business would increase from $629.77 to $693.10, which is $63.33 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, SOUTH OGDEN CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 10.06% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
