11-36a-501. NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN.
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 11-36a-501, Notice of Intent to Prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan, of the Utah Code Annotated, that it is the intent of Morgan City to prepare and amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plan for Transportation and for Sanitary Sewer. The geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located will be within the entire municipal boundaries of Morgan City.
