- NOTICE AND AGENDA FIRE CONSOLIDATION MEETING FOR THE CITIES OF WASHINGTON TERRACE, RIVERDALE, AND SOUTH OGDEN Washington Terrace Public Works Building 575 East 5600 South, Washington Terrace, UT 84405 Tuesday - July 31, 2018 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the City Councilmembers for Riverdale City, South Ogden City, and Washington Terrace will be present at a meeting, to be held at the Washington Terrace Public Works Building, on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the feasibility of creating a fire district between the aforementioned cities. A. Call to Order Washington Terrace Mayor Mark Allen B. Overview Riverdale City Manager Rodger Worthen C. Consolidation Study Presentation Susie Becker, Zion's Public Finance D. Discussion Regarding Consolidation E.
