Notice is hereby given that the WELLVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. in the following order: 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Travis McBride for a conditional use to operate a Automotive Repair Shop business in the CH Commercial Highway zone at property located at 390 East Main street. Tax Is. #10-014-0080 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Three Pine Subdivision consisting of 3 lots (2 additional building lots) located at 40 East 200 South. Tax Id. #10--028-0007 3) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the site plan from Ray Larson with Tsunami Club Soccer for a conditional use for the use of city property at located at approximately 600 South 200 East. Proposed use of said property owned by Wellsville City is for a soccer field Tax Id#10-030-0009.
