HEBER CITY CORPORATION Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice - AMENDED Notice is hereby given that the Heber City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber City Office Building, 75 North Main Street, South door, in the Council Chambers upstairs, to consider the following: - CANCELLED- Public Hearing to amend the Heber City Zoning Map for approximately 4.57 acres of property from C-2 Commercial Zone to Mixed Use Residential Commercial Zone (MURCZ) and approximately 17.895 acres of property from Planned Community Zone (PC) to Mixed Use Residential Commercial Zone (MURCZ) located at approximately 1000 North Main Street / Highway 40 - This item has been cancelled - Public Hearing to consider Mountainlands Community Housing Association's request for Subdivision Preliminary Approval of the Southfield Station Subdivision located at approximately 1000 South Southfield Road Public comment is welcome. Text and/or maps of proposed amendments can be viewed at the Heber City Office Building, Planning and Zoning Office, 75 North Main Street. Any questions or written comments pertaining to this Public Hearing can be directed to Anthony Kohler or the Planning and Zoning Department (435-654-4830) during regular business hours or emailed to tkohler@ci.heber.ut.us.
