Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that American Fork City ('City') intends to consider enacting a three-month temporary land use regulation on development within the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) overlay. A public hearing will be held by the City Council ('Council') on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 7:10 p.m. at the American Fork City Hall located at 31 North Church Street American Fork, UT to receive public comment on the proposed temporary regulation. If you are planning to attend this public meeting and, due to disability, need assistance in understanding or participating in the meeting, please notify the City at 801-763-3000 ten or more hours in advance and the City will, within reason, provide what assistance may be required.
