PUBLIC NOTICE LEWISTON CITY, CACHE COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH SEWER REVENUE BONDS Public Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held August 15, 2018 in the Lewiston City Clubroom located at 29 South Main, Lewiston, Utah beginning no later than 7:00 p.m. A public hearing with respect to the issuance of Sewer Revenue Bonds (the 'Bonds') in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $125,000. The Bonds will be issued for the purpose of (1) financing the construction of additions and improvements to the sewer system of Lewiston City, and (2) paying issuance expenses of the Bonds. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and to explain the economic impact that the improvements for which the Bonds will be issued will have on the private sector. If you need assistance in understanding or participating in the meeting, please contact the City Recorder at (435) 258-2141 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting and the City Recorder will try to provide assistance.
