Description/Agenda: The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 7:05 p.m. to discuss changes to the River Heights City Code, including, but not limited to home occupations, utility service and landlord agreements, front yard setbacks, etc. The hearing will be held in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Copies of the proposed changes can be viewed at www.riverheights.org or at the City Office, between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:30 pm, Monday -Thursday. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Cindy Schaub and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations, (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeitng should notify Sheila Lind, (435) 752-5645 at least 24 hours before the meeting.
