WELCOME II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of April 16, 2018 III. PUBLIC HEARING HPC 18-003 Somebody's Attic Facade Remodel Joy Shaw/Somebody's Attic Inc., authorized agent/owner, request a Certificate of Appropriateness for the exterior facade renovation of the building located at 39 West 100 North in the Town Center-Historic District (TC-HD) zone; TIN 06-020-0014. IV. ADJOURN
