Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Eureka City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding two land use issues. 1. Conditional Use Permit Application Request to convert a portion of the Gatley Building, 309 West Main Street, Eureka, Utah, which is currently in the Business Commercial Zone into Residential and Business Use. Application also includes stipulations to allow owner/occupant to occupy a travel trailer on said property while renovations are being completed. 2. Subdivision Amendment for Sharp Acres Subdivision.
