AGENDA HUNTINGTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY MEETING July 18, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold Municipal Building Authority meeting July 18, 2018 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:15 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:15 p.m. Roll Call 1. Election of Municipal Building Authority Board of Trustees for the year 2018 2. Resolution 12-2018 3. Approval of the 2019 regular meeting schedule of the Municipal Building Authority Board of Trustees Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
