- BEAR RIVER CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Thursday, July 19, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on July 19, 2018, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah. 1. Meeting Called to Order - Welcome - Opening Ceremony - Roll Call 2. Action on minutes- June 21, 2018 3. Planning and Zoning Report- Keith Cook 4. Discussion and possible action- 8B Subdivision Application Procedure and Approval Process 5. Discussion and possible action- Sexual Oriented Businesses 6. Discussion and possible action- Industrial Zone 7. Discussion and possible action- Appendix A- Conditional Uses 8. Discussion and possible action- Drainage Ordinance 9. Future considerations 10. Assignments for next meeting 11. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. All issues and items voted on during the meeting must be on the agenda. Those wanting time in the meeting to present requests must be on the agenda. Schedule this with Shanda Reney (see below). Public meeting agendas must be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.
