PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at Approx. 1915 W 450 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Andrew Johnson for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat called The Void Plat 'E' on property located at approx. 1915 West 450 South in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at Approx. 1915 W 450 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Jonathon Gardner for a proposed site plan of a new parking lot that would serve as overflow parking for Evermore Park, on property located at approx. 1915 West 450 South, in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: City Code Amendment - Section 10-14: The Grove Zoning District (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Larry Myler to amend City Code Section 10-14: The Grove Zoning District by altering Section '10-14-26-3: Density of Allowed Uses' of the newly created overlay zone found in City Code Section 10-14-26: The Grove Mixed-use Overlay (GMU). The amendment would alter the mandatory ratio of residential and commercial uses that is currently required by the overlay. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at Approx. 1325 W State St (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Larry Myler to rezone 1.02 acres in order to apply the Grove Mixed Use Overlay (GMU) to property located at approximately 1325 West State Street in the Commercial Subdistrict of The Grove Zone.
