NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING JULY 18, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Opening Remarks, Meeting called to order and roll call. (Mayor Peterson) 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Error filled notice/letter for Planning Commission Public Hearing. 4. Culinary Water Improvement Project. 5. Road Improvement Project. 6. Adopt Culinary Water Ordinance which adds an infraction and immediate disconnection and reconnection fee for violation of by passing meter, removing meter or backflow violations. Shut off notice timing. Amended Ordinance 2014-001 7. Department Current Concerns. Review Employee project list. 8. Adopt amended Land Use Ordinance. Ordinance 2005-001. July 2018 Amendment 9. Nuisance Complaints, trailers in roadway, RV's in front of houses and excess debris. 10. Approval of monthly expenditures. 11. Council Members Reports. 12. Adjournment.
