Description/Agenda
The city of Mendon intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive update to their existing Drinking Water Impact Fee Analysis. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Mendon City to update and amend the City's Drinking Water Impact Fee Analysis. The impact fee service area for this analysis and the geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located include the entire City boundaries. The impact fees to be considered will be charged to new development and be used to offset the costs preparatory to and directly related to construction of the system improvements needed to serve new development. Any information received should be provided in writing.
