CONTINUED ITEM - Rezone from Medium Density Residential to Regional Commercial - Randy's Mechanical Approve or Deny motion: ORDINANCE - The City Council moves, by ordinance, to amend the Orem General Plan by changing the General Plan land use designation of property located at approximately 540 North 1200 West from Medium Density Residential to Regional Commercial. 13. COMMUNICATION ITEMS 13.1. Monthly Financial Summary - May 2018 Review 14. CITY MANAGER INFORMATION ITEMS This is an opportunity for the City Manager to provide information to the City Council. These items are for information and do not require action by the City Council. 15. ADJOURN
