NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ROCKIN BAR S MINOR SUBDIVISION LUKE RYAN SUBDIVISION The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 26, 2017 at 9:00 in the Box Conference Room, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main St, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive input on 2 proposed 1 lot minor subdivisions located at approximately 875 S 1000 East Cleveland, Utah and 1030 W 300 North Cleveland, Utah. The subdivision applications were received from Jason Slayde Childs and Luke Ryan. The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery County: 1. ROCKIN BAR S MINOR SUBDIVISION Beginning at a point which is N 00°46'28' W, 661.46 feet along the section line (North, 660 feet by record) and N 89°10'30' E, 19.67 feet from the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 17 South, Range 10 East, SLB&M, said point being on the old County Road right-of-way, and running thence N 00°44'52' W, 661.44 feet along said right of way to the north line of said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter; thence N 89°13'42' E, 214.08 feet to a point in line with an existing fence, thence S 00'12'45' W, 604.20 feet to and along said fence to a fence corner; thence S 58°53'07' W, 113.29 feet along said fence; thence S 89'10'30' W, 106.21 feet to the point of beginning. 2. LUKE RYAN SUBDIVISION DESCRIPTION BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY FENCE OF AIRPORT ROAD, SAID POINT LIES SOUTH 88°48'07' WEST 726.10 FEET AND NORTH 36.83 FEET FROM THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 17 SOUTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE & MERIDIAN, AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 89°41'34' WEST 215.63 FEET ALONG SAID FENCE; THENCE NORTH 00°01'35' EAST 436.31 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°57'15' EAST 215.79 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°02'53' WEST 434.98 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINS 2.16 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS DESCRIBED. Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for the subdivisions. Posted on July 19, 2018
