Approval of bills and payroll c. Approval of minutes: June 19, 2018 Council Meeting; June 19, 2018 Public Hearing - Adopting Budget FY 2018-2019 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Approval of Water Use Agreement Addendum for Sales of Irrigation Water b. Approval of Water Use Agreement for Temporary Sale of Irrigation Water to David Christiansen c. Approval of Agreement - Return of Property for Blake Williams Well d. Approval of Agreement - Return of Property for Scott Williams Well e. Discuss summer hire position f. Approval of Notice to Proceed on phase 2 of the Municipal Airport Project 5. OLD BUSINESS a. Update on the administration building b. Update from Recreation Advisory Committee c.
