- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Naples City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday July 17, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Meeting Room of the Naples City Offices 1420 E 2850 S, to propose adding food trucks into the Commercial, Downtown Commercial, Industrial, and Parks Zones; adding definitions of small wireless facility and wireless facility; adding a canal owner notification to the subdivision chapter; and amending the definition of dwelling unit in the Naples City Land Use Ordinance. The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcome. If you desire further information, please contact Joshua Bake at (435) 789-9090. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during these hearings should notify the Naples City Office at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
