NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2017-00709. A proposed ordinance is before the Council to amend the zoning map pertaining to one split-zoned parcel located at 744 West Jackson Avenue from Special Development Pattern Residential District (SR-1) to Transit Station Area District Urban Neighborhood Transition (TSA-UN-T). The parcel is currently split-zoned and the proposal would make the full parcel Transit Station Area District Urban Neighborhood Transition (TSA-UN-T) for future development purposes. Although the applicant has requested that the property be rezoned to the TSA-UN-T zone, consideration may be given to rezoning the property to another zoning district with similar characteristics (Petitioner: Rod and Jeri Olsen)). All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. The City & County Building is an accessible facility. People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation, which may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids and services. Please make requests at least two business days in advance. To make a request, please contact the City Council Office at council.comments@slcgov.com, 801-535-7600, or relay service 711.(P 18-16)
