NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE BOUNTIFUL
The BOUNTIFUL is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The BOUNTIFUL tax on a $340,000 residence would increase from $144.93 to $164.47, which is $19.54 per year.
- The BOUNTIFUL tax on a $340,000 business would increase from $263.50 to $299.03, which is $35.53 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, BOUNTIFUL would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 13.50% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
