I. Introduction
A. Call to Order - Chair Jim Evans
B. Acting Commissioner of Technical Education. Dave R. Woolstenhulme, Ed.D., resigned from his position as Commissioner effective August 1, 2018. It is recommended that the Board of Trustees appoint an Acting USTC Commissioner until the position is filled.
C. Commissioner's position. Due to Commissioner Woolstenhulme's resignation, effective August 1, 2018, the Board of Trustees needs to approve the following items:
1. Proposed timeline for Commissioner's Search
2. Commissioner's position announcement
3. Members of the Search Committee -blank
Closed Session:
The Executive Committee may elect to go into closed session, which will not be open to the public, pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (U.C.A. 52-4-204 and 52-4-205).
II. Adjourn
Public Notice of Electronic Meeting Access (UCA 52-4-207(3)): This meeting will be provided with electronic meeting access via conference/speaker telephone for Board of Trustees members only by prior arrangement with the board secretary. The Utah System of Technical Colleges shall be the anchor location for public attendance.
