- EMERY COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD TO BE HELD AT CASTLE DALE LIBRARY Monday July 9, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Library Board will hold its regular Board Meeting on the 9th day of July, 8:00 am in the Castle Dale Library, 135 North 100 East, Castle Dale, UT 84513. AGENDA 1. Welcome by Shirley VanZyverden, Board Chair 2. Approval of minutes of previous meetings 3. Approval of expenditures 4. Board reports 5. Commissioner report 6. Jeff Guymon 7. Discussion and approval of Emery County Overdue Procedure 8. Discussion and approval of Resolution 2018-1 9. Discussion of Emery County Library Strategic Plan 10.Director's report - other staff reports 11.Public comments - Comments from the public on items not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to three (3) minutes. In compliance with the ADA, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the Library Director at (435)748-2726 at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
