Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday July 11, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from June 13, 2018 Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of June 13, 2018 to July 11, 2018 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4.Discussion/decisions on Town tree maintenance/trimming. 5.Scott Archibald (Sunrise Engineering) - Will be present to discuss the 'Portage 40 Year Water Plan'. 6.Discussion and decision about contract for legal counsel with 'Smith & Hartvigsen'. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. 7.Tom Davis - Discuss concern about people driving down the canyon road. Review of Departments: 8.Water - Council Member Nelson a)Discussion and approval of funds for Water repair spare parts. 9.Roads - Council Member Smith 10.Planning and Zoning- Council Member John a)Tyson Nelson - Building permit request approval. b)Richard Poppe -Building permit approval for replacement of white barn at 9190W 25800N. C)Richard Poppe - Discussion and decisions about his plan to subdivide his property (4.47 acres) at 25685 N 9000 W into two lots. 11.Parks and Recreation - Council Member Munns a)Fill Parks maintenance worker vacancy. 12.Fire Department - Chief Robert Barrow a)Discussion and decision about selling the old fire engine. 13.Sgt.
